Consultations with an attorney, following confirmation that there are no conflicts of interest, are confidential and subject to rules of professional conduct, however, any on-going representation requires a signed Letter of Engagement that establishes the scope of representation (specific services and/or documents being provided) and fee structure for such continued representation. Consultations are billed at the following rates: for up to a half-hour, $200; for over a half-hour and up to one hour, $350;  Consultations in excess of one hour will be billed at a billable rate of $395/hour for time in excess of one hour. Consultations for estate planning (Will, Trust, Power of Attorney, etc.) will have the consultation fee credited to any flat fee document package.
